4. 分流术：检测大脑中动脉(MCA)血流速度(FV),在压迫同侧CCA时的变化,预知术中CCA夹闭时MCA的血流下降程度,判断是否发生术中颅内低灌注,提示外科医生是否采用临时内分流术(shunt),即CCA远端至ICA近端的临时通路.
