1. Objective To study the infection status of body lice among the middle and primary school students in rural areas and to explore the relationship between the infection and personal or social factors. Methods 758 rural students were recruited in Bengbu. The eggs, nymph or adults of Pediculus humanus corporis in the seams and folds of clothes were examined by eyes. Students were surveyed about the factors including personal hygiene habits, parents''educational level and occupation, living conditions and the number of family children by questionnaire.
    目的 了解农村中小学生体虱感染状况，探讨体虱感染与人和社会因素的关系方法选取蚌埠市农村中小学生758名，肉眼观察学生贴身内衣皱缝处，发现体虱成虫、若虫及活卵者均感染阳性；对学生的卫生习惯、父母文化程度及职业、家庭居住情况和家庭子女等进行问卷调查。
